Rocky Mountain Eurasiers - Preserving Exceptional Family Companions

Our passion is preserving and sharing the  Eurasier — a breed intentionally developed to be a devoted family companion. At Rocky Mountain Eurasiers (RME), our goal is to produce healthy, well-socialized puppies with the sound temperament, structure, and confidence to thrive as cherished members of their families.

Kate first discovered the Eurasier while searching for something that fell somewhere between a working breed and a couch potato. After spending nearly two years researching the breed and searching for the right breeder, she welcomed her first Eurasiers from Exquisite Eurasiers in Ohio. What began as admiration quickly grew into a deep appreciation for the breed's balanced temperament, adaptability, and unwavering devotion to its people. 

Today, Rocky Mountain Eurasiers is dedicated to preserving the qualities that make Eurasiers such exceptional companions. Our breeding program prioritizes health, temperament, structure, and early socialization to help puppies develop into confident, well-adjusted dogs that enrich the lives of their families.

We actively participate in AKC events to support the Eurasier's continued progress toward full AKC recognition. Because FSS Open Shows are limited in the western United States, much of our participation is through companion and performance events such as agility. While Eurasiers were developed as companions rather than working dogs, we believe it is important to demonstrate the confidence, trainability, and stable temperament that make them such successful family companions.

For us, breeding is about more than producing puppies — it's about preserving the temperament and character that define the Eurasier, supporting the future of the breed, and helping families welcome a loyal companion for years to come.
